Established in 1990, Rockways has become the market leader in the design and manufacture of garden waterfalls. All original waterfalls are constructed using natural rock. They are then moulded and reproduced with all the natural texture and colour of real rock. We have many rock texture finishes including our most popular slate range. Our rocks and Waterfalls are made from polyurethane resin or lightweight glass fibre reinforced concrete, making them strong, durable and lightweight which makes them perfect for both the DIY gardener and professional landscaper alike.

FAQ
How do I return an item?
Please contact info@rockways.co.uk to advise you are returning the product and to arrange collection if necessary.
If returning using your own courier / delivery service, please obtain proof of return from the carrier. We will not be held responsible for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
What is your returns policy?
If any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We do not provide free returns for unwanted goods but can collect goods from an address of your choice for a £10 collection fee (£20 for large items such as large waterfall) - please email info@rockways.co.uk to arrange a collection. Unfortunately custom made items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty Item?
If your item is faulty please get in touch by emailing info@rockways.co.uk.
Rockways will cover the cost of return for damaged and faulty products.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

All of our products are made to order and are generally delivered between 7-10 business days.
Free delivery on all orders within the UK mainland, excluding Scottish Highlands.
